Did you know Kodak Picture of the Day is featured not only on the homepage of kodak.com but also on the Times Square Gallery in the heart of Manhattan? These pictures all come from the visitors to kodak.com.

David Agagnostos, Rhode Island/USA, submitted a great picture of his wife and son for Kodak Picture of the Day. We not only selected it but conspired with him to give his wife a great Mother's Day surprise. We tweaked the daily video loop to focus on Mother's Day. Dave and his family made the trek to New York to see it live and drop the surprise on his wife big time!

Here's what David had to say to Kodak:

WOW! There are no words. Thank you so much for making a once-in-a-lifetime day for my family and I! We went to Times Square and my wife was totally shocked and loved it! And the boys thought it was great that she got such a huge Mother's Day card.
She kept staring at it and saying things like "I can't believe this" and "this is so cool!" We took some pictures and then had a great brunch in the hotel that the billboard is attached to. Then when we were leaving she said "I have to see it again!" She spent our entire 4 hour ride home calling everyone and raving about how she had just had the perfect day!
Thank you doesn't cut it, but it's all I have. Thank you so much!
